Common questions

How long does a video take?

Standard delivery is 3 weeks from kickoff to final file. The Scale package includes priority 2-week delivery.

What do you need from us to start?

A 30-minute discovery call and access to your product (or a walkthrough). We handle everything else — script, voiceover, design, and animation.

What if we don't like the first version?

Revision rounds are built into every package, and you approve the script and storyboard before animation starts — so surprises are rare by design.

Do you offer ongoing video production?

Yes. The Launch Partner plan is $2,500 a month for two videos every month, with your production slot reserved and social cutdowns included. Most teams start with a single project and move to the plan after their first launch.

How does payment work?

10% to book your slot, 40% when you approve the storyboard, and the final 50% on delivery — so nothing is paid for animation until you've seen and approved exactly what we're making. Pay by card (Stripe), bank transfer, or Wise.
